This is print-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, a free replacement can be issued if you contact us within 30 days of product being ordered. Please get in touch with us through email. Use whyalive@live.com. We will need your name, order number, a photo of the damaged product, and a photo of the shipping container with a description of the issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if you ordered the wrong size or type, or your pet animal caused you to press the wrong buttons, we will not be held responsible and will not offer a replacement. You are responsible for the correct information.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a free replacement.

The Refund, Return, and/or Replacement of Goods policy within the Terms & Conditions may use slightly the different wording and is policy to which you agree to when you purchase products from this Site.
