Scripture Readings for Shabbat and Holidays

The Parshiot portions were made during the time of Ezra, Haggai, and Zechariah [ref] (Ezra 5:1).
(The Haftarah includes the Karaite and Romaniote readings, because they are the only ones who include Psm 61:1, 2, which was read by YESHUA in Luk 4:18, 19.)

There is also a 3 year cycle listed HERE. Both were used during the time of YESHUA. The 3 year cycle was used in the land of Yisra’el/Israel, while the yearly cycle was used by the exiles from Babylon and became more popular until that is mostly all that is used during our time [ref]. The three year cycle has Isa 53 while the yearly cycle does not. The plan is to add the 3 year cycle below as well.
