Judges
2593 AC (1419 BC) to 2941 AC (1072-1071 BC)

Then, Yisra’el (Israel) did not finish obeying the Lord to drive out all the enemies who dwelt in the land of Kena‘an (Canaan), leading them to go back and forth in doing evil in the presence of the Lord, being attacked, crying out to the Lord for deliverance, and the Lord raising up judges to deliver them all the days of the judge (Jdg 1:27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36; 2:1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23). After doing evil before the Lord, Yisra’el (Israel) served the king of Naharayim (Mesopotamia), Kushan Rish‘athayim, for 8 years from 2643 AC (1370-1369 BC) to 2650 AC (1363-1362 BC); and then, they were delivered by ‘Athni’el (Othniel) for 40 years from 2650 to 2689 AC (1324-1323 BC) (Jdg 3:7, 8, 9, 10, 11) (part of a year is still a year with years inclusive). Then, after doing evil before the Lord, they served the king of Mo’ab, ’Eglon, for 18 years from 2689 to 2706 AC (1307-1306 BC); and then, they were delivered by ’Ehud for 80 years from 2706 to 2785 AC (1228-1227 BC(Jdg 3:12, 14, 15, 30). Then, after doing evil before the Lord, they served the king of Kena‘an (Canaan), Yavin (Jabin), for 20 years from 2785 AC to 2804 AC (1209-1208 BC(1208 BC: Mernephtah’s 5th year [13]) and served the kings of Midyan (Midian) for 7 years from 2798 AC (1215-1214 BC) to 2804 AC; and then, they were delivered from the Pelishtim (Philistines) by Shamgar, from Yavin (Jabin) by Devorah (Deborah), and from Midyan (Midian) by Gid‘on (Gideon) for 40 years from 2804 to 2843 AC (1170-1169 BC) (Jdg 3:31; 4:1, 2, 3, 4; 5:6, 31; 6:1; 8:28) (In Hebrew, it is not written in verse Jdg 6:1 “Then,” it is written “And did”). Then, after doing evil this 4th time before the Lord, Yisra’el (Israel) served their own evil 1st king, ’Avimelek (Abimelech) , for 3 years from the Yovel of 2843 to 2845 AC (1168-1167 BC); and then, the curse of Yotham (Jotham) brought an end to ’Avimelek (Abimelech), and they were delivered by Tola‘ for 23 years from 2845 to 2867 AC (1146-1145 BC) and by Ya’ir (Jair) for 22 years from 2867 AC to 2888 AC (1125-1124 BC) (Jdg 8:33, 34, 35; 9:1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 22, 56, 57; 10:1, 2, 3, 5). Yisra’el (Israel) again did evil before the Lord, and the Lord stated he would no longer deliver Yisra’el (Israel); so, they were not delivered all the days of the judges (Jdg 10:6, 11, 12, 13, 14). The Lord sold Yisra’el (Israel) into the hands of their enemies, just as the Lord had done the last 4 times, to be shattered & broken by their enemy they had committed adultery with; so, the Sons of ‘Ammon harassed & oppressed Yisra’el (Israel) for 18 years from 2888 AC, 300 years from defeating the ’Emori (Amorites) in 2588 AC (1425 BC), to 2905 AC (1108-1107 BC(Jdg 10:7, 8; 11:26). The Lord raised up judges against the Sons of ‘Ammon: he raised up Yiphtach (Jephthah) for 6 years from 2888 to 2893 AC (1120-1119 BC)’Ivtsan (Ibzan) for 7 years from 2893 to 2899 AC (1114-1113 BC); and ’Elon for 10 years from 2899 to 2908 AC (1105-1104 BC(Jdg 12:7, 8, 9, 10, 11). And also, the Pelishtim (Philistines) harassed & oppressed Yisra’el (Israel) for 40 years during the time ‘Eli was judge and high priest from 2902 AC (1111-1110 BC), during the time of the Sons of ‘Ammon, to 2941 AC (1071 BC) (Jdg 10:6, 7; 13:1; 1 Sam 4:15, 16, 17, 18). (We know ‘Eli died and then the Pelishtim [Philistines] time of 40 years was ended [1 Sam 4:17, 18; 7:10, 11, 13], making the time ‘Eli began to judge the beginning year of the Pelishtim [Philistines].) The Lord raised up ‘Avdon (Abdon) against the Pelishtim (Philistines) for 8 years from 2908 to 2915 AC (1098-1097 BC); and then, The Lord raised up Samson, who was born during the time of the Pelishtim (Philistines) and the judge ’Elon in the year of 2902 AC (1111-1110 BC), to begin to deliver Yisra’el (Israel) from the Pelishtim (Philistines) in the 20 years from 2922 AC (1091-1090 BC) to 2941 AC (Jdg 12:12, 13, 14; 13:2, 3, 4, 5; 15:20; 16:30, 31; Num 1:3, 45). (We know from Jdg 13:5 Samson, who judged for 20 years, was conceived and born during the 40 years of the Philistines. Samson was old enough to marry [Jdg 14:2] before he became judge, and Num 1:3, 45 states a person is not ready for military until 20. This gives us an age of 18-20, with 20 being the age picked due to Num 1:3, 45.) In the Yovel (Jubileeof 2941 AC after Samson and ‘Eli had died and the Ark of the Covenant had been taken and returned by the Pelishtim (Philistines), the Lord delivered Yisra’el (Israel), through Shemu’el (Samuel), from the Pelishtim (Philistinesall Shemu’el’s (Samuel’s) days as judge (after ‘Eli diedwhile Yisra’el (Israel) lamented after the Lord until 20 years later, in the year 2962 AC (1051-1050 BC), when Yisra’el (Israel) rejected the reign of the Lord and wanted a king to judge them instead of Shemu’el (Samuel) (1 Sam 4:17, 18; 5:11; 6:1; 7:1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14; 8:5, 6, 7). Shemu’el (Samuel) appointed his 2 son’s Yo’el (Joel) and ’Abiyyah (Abijah) as judges over Yisra’el (Israel) while he was still judge (1 Sam 8:1, 2). (Jdg 18:1 to Jdg 21:25 happened during the time of Shemu’el [Samuel] when there was no king in Yisra’el [Israel].)


Saul & End of 3rd 1000 Years
2962 AC (1051-1050 BC) to 2966 AC (1046 BC)

The 1st king the Lord gives Yisra’el (Israel) as their 2nd king, Saul , reigned over them for 40 years from 2962 (1051-1050 BC) to 3001 AC (1012-1011 BC) (1 Sam 9:27; 10:1; 1 Chr 10:13, 14; Acts 13:21). The end of 2966 AC (1046 BC) is the end of the 3rd 1000 year day (2004 AC + 962 years = 2966 AC).
